What the W2W Score measures

Most financial tools are built for people who already have money. This one is built for warehouse workers, logistics professionals, and anyone grinding a shift job while trying to build something better.

The W2W Score looks at five areas that actually predict financial outcomes for people on a logistics salary: retirement participation, consumer debt, emergency savings, career trajectory, and tech fluency. These are the five levers that separate the workers who build wealth from the ones who don't.

Your score tells you where you are. The W2W Ladder tells you what to do next. If you're below 50, the priority is capturing the employer match and attacking consumer debt. Above 50, the work shifts to acceleration through consistent investing and income growth. Above 75, you're executing the plan and the compounding is doing its job.

The score is a snapshot, not a judgment. Everyone on the W2W path started somewhere. What matters is knowing where you are today so you know what to do tomorrow.
